Accessibility Statement

The commitment. Everything CoreFeld ships is built to WCAG 2.1 Level AA and, where it applies, Revised Section 508 and the DOJ ADA Title II rule on web content and mobile applications. Accessibility requirements are written as automated tests in the build, not reviewed at the end. If you find a barrier, tell us and we will fix it — at our cost, on a schedule we will give you in writing.
Why this page is not boilerplate
CoreFeld's founder is a co-inventor of a patent on universally usable human-interaction proofs — work on making security challenges usable by blind users — and published it in a university accessibility research context:

That research is about the moment a security control locks someone out of a service they are entitled to use. It is the reason accessibility here is a design constraint rather than a compliance exercise, and the reason we would rather your accessibility team tested our software themselves than read our report about it.
This website
corefeld.com is built to WCAG 2.1 Level AA. It uses semantic HTML, keyboard-operable navigation with a visible focus indicator, a skip link, text alternatives for meaningful imagery, contrast measured against the computed styles rather than assumed, and a layout that reflows to 320 CSS pixels and survives 200% text resizing. Nothing autoplays, nothing flashes, and no function requires a pointer gesture.
Known limitations are listed below rather than omitted. If you hit something not listed, that is a defect and we want to know.

Software CoreFeld builds
For every product and every client engagement:
- WCAG 2.1 Level AA conformance is a contractual commitment, not an aspiration.
- A current VPAT / Accessibility Conformance Report is provided, refreshed annually and after any significant interface change. Where a component has not yet been evaluated, our reports say Not Evaluated and state the committed conformance — they do not say Supports for an interface nobody has tested.
- Clients receive test credentials so their own accessibility team can drive the system and reach their own conclusions.
- Testing methodology, audit results, known barriers, remediation plans with dates, and an accessibility roadmap are provided on request.
- Any Level A or AA non-conformance a client identifies is remediated at CoreFeld's cost.
- There is no separate "accessibility mode", lite version, or alternate interface. One interface, accessible.
- Accessibility acceptance criteria — keyboard-only operation, screen-reader labelling, focus management, contrast, status announcements — are executable tests that run on every change.
Report a barrier
Tell us through the contact form, or call (507) 900-9300. Tell us the page or screen, what you were trying to do, and the assistive technology you were using if that is relevant.
You will get a human response within two business days, an assessment with a severity and a target date within ten business days, and if the fix will take longer than that, a usable alternative in the meantime. We would rather hear about it than have it stay broken.
