Terms of use
Last updated 10 October 2026. CoreFeld LLC, 425 Broadway Ave S #331, Rochester, Minnesota 55904, United States.
These terms cover the SnapPlate iPhone app. The license for the app binary also follows Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement. If these terms and Apple's agreement both speak to the same point, Apple's agreement controls for the license, and these terms control for subscriptions, estimates, and privacy.
Estimates, not medical advice
SnapPlate estimates calories and macros from a photo, a barcode, or a description. Estimates can be wrong. You can edit them before and after you save. SnapPlate is not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, or prescribe. Talk with a clinician before you change how you eat, especially if you are pregnant, ill, or under 18. The app is for adults 18 and older.
Subscriptions
SnapPlate Pro is sold by Apple. The app offers Pro Weekly (one week, with a 3 day free trial for eligible new subscribers), Pro Yearly (one year), and Pro Lifetime (a one time purchase, no renewal). The price you confirm is the price shown by Apple in the app at the time you subscribe.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase. A free trial converts to a paid weekly subscription unless you cancel before the trial ends. A subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. You manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Deleting your data in SnapPlate does not cancel it either.
Your content
Photos and descriptions you submit stay yours. You give CoreFeld permission to process them only to produce the estimate, as described in the privacy notice. Barcode nutrition data comes from Open Food Facts under the Open Database License.
